A new opportunity for Ukrainian veterans in the IT world!
We are glad to share important news: the company EPAM Ukraine, a member of the Chernivtsi IT cluster, is taking a huge step towards supporting our heroes - Ukrainian veterans.
Together with the Ministry of Veterans Affairs, the EPAM company is launching an incredible project - free educational IT programs for our heroes, Ukrainian veterans and their family members! This step will help our heroes more easily adapt to civilian life and gain new skills in an ever-evolving field. Training centers for veteran development will be created in Dnipro, Vinnytsia and Lviv on the basis of designated universities.
Here, veterans will have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the IT world with professionals from EPAM. Educational programs will include a series of meetings for newcomers to the field of IT. Participants will learn how to get a job in the industry and will receive valuable advice from experienced professionals. Scheduled online and offline meetings.
But that's not all! EPAM offers online training courses for Amazon Web Services (AWS) Cloud Engineer. Two difficulty levels: beginner (22 hours of classes) and advanced level (47 hours of classes). Over 60% of employers have not yet partnered with veterans, but times are changing. Many who have already selected veterans in their team note the positive impact of this experience. We are taking a big step towards Ukrainian veterans becoming real leaders in the IT world!
