🎉We welcome a new member to the team of the Chernivtsi IT Cluster - the company InterCode

InterCode is a story unfolding in the market for developing custom SaaS solutions based on JavaScript. Founded in 2019 by a team of just 2 people, the company not only withstood the harsh conditions of the COVID-19 pandemic, but also grew, expanding its team to 15 talented employees.

🔝 Over the course of four years, InterCode established partnerships with clients from the USA and the UAE, opened an office in Chernivtsi and a representative office in Europe. And even during the full-scale war, the company launched internships for future Aitivians and is developing cooperation with local higher education institutions.

💪 Now InterCode has 30 employees and can be proud of more than 20 successful projects in the field of Saas. Of these projects, 8 are multi-year contracts with dedicated development teams.

📌What makes InterCode even cooler? Their eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score) is an incredible 88%! This is a testament to the satisfaction of the employees and the enthusiasm with which this team lives.
