The "Strong Together" project is an initiative created by the HR Community of the Chernivtsi IT Cluster to support the Armed Forces of Ukraine and their families.

Our mission is to reintegrate military personnel into civilian life and create favorable conditions for their full functioning in society. We understand the importance of effective interaction with military personnel who have returned from the combat zone, so we organize educational events that include training civilians to provide professional and psychological support veterans.

Our team works to create favorable conditions for the work of veterans, providing access to educational and professional programs, a network of partners and opportunities for self-development. We strive to increase the motivation and productivity of veterans, promoting their social adaptation and inclusion in public life.
