We invite you to the HR Community workshop with Lyudmila Godovanets - HRBP at SoftServe Ukraine, where we will delve into Polarity Management - an approach that will help you effectively cope with dilemmas in work and life.

📌 At the workshop we will:
✅ get acquainted with the basic principles and model of Polarity Management, which allow you to cope with dilemmas in professional and personal life;
✅ practice distinguishing problems that need to be solved from polarities that need to be managed;
✅ consider examples of leadership and organizational polarities, as well as typical situations in HR work where it is advisable to apply the principles and tools of Polarity Management;
✅we will create an individual polarity map to effectively manage your own dilemma and get closer to your desired goal.
