IT Dnipro BizSchool: a business school from IT leaders starts with an updated program

In September 2024, a new educational season begins in Dnipro at IT Dnipro BizSchool, which is the only business school in the city founded by leaders in the IT industry. The updated program will include two directions - product and service, which will allow students to gain comprehensive knowledge from the founders and top managers of international and Ukrainian IT companies.

History of IT Dnipro BizSchool

IT Dnipro BizSchool was founded in 2019 by the IT Dnipro Community, as the first business school in Dnipro, created by owners and CEOs of IT companies for C-Level managers. For three graduations, 45 students successfully completed their studies, who were able to start their own IT businesses or improve processes in existing companies. Among the graduates of the school are representatives of DataArt, Yalantis, AMC Bridge, Reply.Io, Ardas, InfoReach, Archer Software, BrosCorp.

The updated program: two modules for complex solutions to the challenges of service and product IT companies

The developed program consists of two separate modules that correspond to current challenges of both product and service companies: Product Force module. The course is designed for IT entrepreneurs, top managers and startups who want to create their own products. Training covers key business metrics, building an MVP, MMP, MMF and creating the first prototype of your own product. Lecturers will be well-known IT entrepreneurs and investors, such as Oleksii Tulin (founder of Archer Soft), Eduard Lobas (Program Manager IT Dnipro BizSchool), Oleksandr Sharko (Head of AI at Rozmova), Artur Kyulyan (founder of UkraineNow) and Oleksii Ostapenko (co-founder Ability.ai)

Outsource module – aimed at managers of medium and small businesses, HR and Recruiting directors, this module will help students develop skills in crisis management, change management and efficiency, and will also help in preparation for entering international markets. The lecturers of the module include Kateryna Bandurovska (HRD Comfy), Maksym Nosarev (CEO & Founder Tretten Lawyers), Oleksandra Alkhimovych (co-founder of the Ukrainian Agency for Investment in Human Capital "ART"), Darya Parshina (Chief Human Resources Officer / Head of People in Kultprosvet) and Anna Tkach - head of HRBP of the Luxoft department.

How to register for the program

To participate in the training, you need to choose the desired module (Product or Outsource) and register on the IT Dnipro BizSchool website by filling out a short questionnaire. After that, the program curator will contact you to discuss the details.

The start of training for the Product Force module is scheduled for September 21, and for the Outsource module - October 19. Each module will last five weeks and will include online and offline lectures, practical tasks, as well as networking opportunities with alumni and representatives of the Dnipro IT community - IT Dnipro Community.
