Sigma Software Group, together with Eldorado.ua, has improved the customer support system with the help of the latest digital platform.

IT company Sigma Software, at the request of the retailer Eldorado.ua has developed and implemented a system of automated client communications, namely the integration of a chatbot with a contact center that receives up to 30 thousand calls daily. A feature of this project is its ultra-fast implementation time - several weeks, and the minimum team size. This speed in the implementation of system digitalization became possible thanks to the low-code Corezoid platform. As a result, the load on the contact center was reduced by a third.

The Eldorado.ua began to look for a digital solution to automate and expand the capabilities of its contact center by adding new communication channels, in particular a website widget and a chatbot. To implement a system that can cope with such a significant load and volume of tasks in a fairly short time - in just a few weeks it became possible thanks to the Ukrainian Corezoid platform and the qualified Sigma Software team - on the one hand, and structured experience with a clear delivery of tasks, quick integration with existing systems from Eldorado.ua - on the other.
